This has been a wild and interesting year for everyone and we wanted to take this opportunity to share some of our favourite highlights of 2020 within The Sisterhood of Sustainability community...

2020 HIGHLIGHTS & MEMORIES
There have been too many highlights to list them all but some of our favourites include the growth and engagement that we have received in our Sisterhood of Sustainability community on Facebook. It has been such an amazing thing meeting so many of you and learning about your journeys towards a sustainable lifestyle. It is also so inspiring to see so many incredible women come together to make a profound impact.
One of the biggest changes this year was transitioning from the Sophia. brand to The Sisterhood of Sustainability brand that we are now known for. This change was implemented so that we were able to fully showcase our sustainable and ethical mission, create even more wonderful and eco-friendly products for you and to be able to inspire even more women from around the world to reduce their environmental impact.
WHERE DOES THE INSPIRATION COME FROM?
Believe it or not, our biggest inspiration is nature itself! There is something so special about wildflowers springing from the earth, the feeling of a waterfall rushing over your skin, the scent of fresh mountain air and the twinkling of the sun on the bright blue ocean. We believe that our earth is something worth protecting and so are constantly inspired by nature for both the creation of our homewares, stationery and giftware and to reduce the impact that our brand, projects and processes have on the earth and community.

WHAT MAKES OUR BUSINESS SUSTAINABLE?
There are so many wonderful things that we do to ensure that The Sisterhood of Sustainability is as sustainable as possible. Here are just a few...
- All of our beautiful products are hand designed and hand crafted in Brisbane, Australia
- We use 100% recycled and sustainable materials to bring our products to life
- Each of our orders is packaged in 100% recycled paper and cardboard
- We use Sendle so that each of our orders can be shipped entirely carbon neutral
- For every order we receive, we remove 100 pieces of rubbish from the environment
- We've created our online community to educate and inspire others to live sustainably
WHAT'S IN STORE FOR NEXT YEAR?
We are beyond excited for 2021 and this is why...
- Our International Women's Day project will be going live for the third year in a row and we are excited to positively impact as many women from around the world as possible
- Our business model will be changing slightly to introduce a new and limited edition collection each month. You'll have the opportunity to get a behind the scenes view of each collection and delve into the creation of each item that is made. On top of this, our essential items will be available all year round...
- We have so many new and beautiful products in the making which will all be launching very soon. These include cheese boards made from recycled timber, our zodiac journals, timber scoops for your zero waste pantry, pretty gift card designs and plenty more...
